North China Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Yangzhou Subsidiary Co***ny is a large and new-style pipe manufacturer which was invested by North China Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (which was invested by Huabei Petroleum Administrative Bureau and China Hong Kong Petroleum Co.,Ltd.). It was founded in April, 2004. The investment amount is more than 300 million RMB. Our co***ny has about 150 employees, among them, 20 staffs have middle and senior engineer titles. They have strong ability to design, research, develop and produce pipes. We have a worker team with high diathesis, there are more than 90 higher education staffs in our co***ny.
North China Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Yangzhou Subsidiary Co***ny has introduced into an advanced Electrical Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipe techniques and equipment, and has built an ERW ¦Õ508mm product line. We use the most advanced FFX welded pipe forming machine, we have perfect forming theory and self-contained control system. The ERW production line has anneal capacity of 150000 tons of various ERW pipes with outside diameter¦Õ177.8-¦Õ508mm, wall thickness 3.4£ß15.9 mm, and the maximal length to 13M. The product include H40,¡¡J55, K55, N80 petroleum casing following API 5CT standard, X80 and below X80 per API 5L, and transmission pipe per standard of GB/T9711.1-1997, GB/T9711.2-1999, GB/T13793-92, and low pressure fluid transmission pipe-lines. Our products have occupied many provinces and large oil fields and have been exported to countries such as Korea and Russia. Our co***ny has got ISO9000 quality system assurance certificate ahead of other steel pipe manufactures in China and now we are applying for API monogram license. Our products have met the international advanced level.
